At The Nook Pet Hotel, we provide a safe, quiet, and well-maintained environment for your cat while you are away. Our purpose-built cattery ensures a stress-free stay, with each cat enjoying a spacious private chalet designed to keep them relaxed and comfortable.
Each cat has their own individual chalet, featuring:

The cattery overlooks our peaceful garden, filled with flowers, shrubs, and trees where birds and wildlife can be watched from a safe distance. The cattery is separate from the dog hotel, ensuring a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
We also offer family suites, allowing up to three cats from the same household to share accommodation.

Medication & Special Requirements
If your cat requires short-term or permanent medication, we can administer it during their stay. Medication charges start from £3.50 per administration.
📌 All medication must be supplied in its original veterinary prescription packaging, clearly labelled with your pet’s name and dosage instructions.
Vaccination & Health Requirements
To board at The Nook Pet Hotel, your cat must:

Yes, our family suites can accommodate up to three cats from the same household.
What do you feed the cats?
When booking, we will ask you about special dietry requirements for your cat. Felix pouches and a quality hypo-allegenic biscuit is included the the price.
Do I need to bring my cat’s bed, bowls, or toys?
No, we provide everything your cat needs.
Can I call to check on my cat while I'm away?
Due to GDPR regulations, we cannot provide updates over the phone. You can email us from your registered email address for information.
What vaccinations does my cat need?
Cats must have up-to-date annual vaccinations, with proof provided at check-in.
Can I receive photos of my cat while I’m away?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service.
Do you allow Viewings & Public Access?
For the safety and privacy of our guests, we do not allow public access to the animal care areas. However, we provide a viewing platform for prospective owners to see our facilities.
